Healthcare in Kadapa

Hospitals and good medical care is the backbone of any society. Like all other cities in India, Kadapa has a number of hospitals both government and private providing quality medical care to the people of the city. Most of the hospitals in Kadapa are equipped with proficient doctors, trained nurses and well equipped operation theaters.

The Hospital services under the government undertaking are administrated by Commissionerate of Health & Wealth Management of AP. The commissionerate is headed by the commissioner Smt. Y.V. Anuradha, IAS. The commissionerate is answerable to the minster of Health in the State Government's Cabinet.
